Based in Asheville, North Carolina, The Buyer’s Agent (TBA) is a small, homegrown real estate agency passionate about helping people find a home they adore. With agents who genuinely care and serve as advocates for only the buyer, conflicts of interest in the real estate market are easily avoided and, instead, the focus is maintained on serving their client’s best interests. The absence of the “conflict of interest dynamic,” which typically exists in a real estate transaction, is what makes TBA truly valuable to home buyers. The TBA experience is unique, and they needed a new website that significantly differentiated them from other real estate agents in the area.
Prior to partnering with Stratus, TBA had an outdated website that was approximately two and a half years old.
Although it was functional, they needed a more aesthetically compelling and feature-differentiated site that helped deliver a superior experience for home buyers. Equally important, their searchability was very low, and given their unique value proposition, this needed to be of high importance.
A year later, we’ve built The Buyer’s Agent a CMS website with improved user and searchability experience, industry differentiation and lead capture features. The site layout and experience more prominently showcases the company’s service offerings and overall benefit statements, and features more opportunities to convert visitors on the site. Ultimately, our goal was to create a site that made communication between a new client and a TBA agent easier and stress-free; a goal we feel was a successful feat for both parties! Check it out:
