HubSpot Announces a New “Easy Initiative” at #Inbound15

Big news here for us HubSpotters! The official announcement was made during Inbound 2015, HubSpot’s world-renowned annual marketing and sales conference, about a few new upgrades to their platform. After months of hard work dedicated to research and development, HubSpot has FINALLY announced what they have been brewing up...and we love it.

HubSpot is taking the marketing world by storm. Literally. I mean, it blows our mind on a daily basis, to the point we don’t think it could possibly get any better. Until it does. For anything technology related, it’s common knowledge that as software products get more robust, it’s expected to become more complex. This is not really the case for the HubSpot superhero team. No, no, no. They wanted to make it known that whatever new features were added, it was fast, easy and natural to use...even for the eager novice.

Over the past year, HubSpot undertook a major initiative to really focus on making their product quicker, lighter and much easier to use. Enter - The Easy Initiative.

What’s so easy about it? Check it out:

  1. They have completely redesigned the full screen interface. I’m talkin' - more room within the HubSpot product for things to spread out, graphs in brighter color, more white space to make an experience better...you name it!

  2. All content tools (email, blog, landing pages, site pages, etc.) will now have new editing screens. The key here is no more editing on one screen and previewing it on another. Live previewing is where it’s at! Now, for an office like Stratus who can’t even all agree on the same restaurant for lunch, I wasn’t surprised when a few colleagues were not thrilled with the enhancement. The great thing? HubSpot provides an opt-in process so you can revert back to the classic editor if desired.  

  3. New dashboards are added across the platform for better insights and much quicker clarity.

  4. Lists load much faster and you are also able to see your list populate live immediately after building.

Welp, I think I am in love. When it comes to working with clients, having too many tools to rely on can become cumbersome, inefficient and keeps me from focusing on the end result. HubSpot continues to exceed our expectations, working tirelessly and ever evolving over the past year to make daily marketing activities, one step simpler. Ladies and gentlemen, HubSpot is giving you your day back! Constantly making and tweaking tools that are seamless and data driven, supporting the sales person, nudging the buying process…..everything we need is right in front of us!

We are beyond ecstatic to have been present at the announcement of HubSpot’s latest and greatest new tools and upgrades and we can’t wait to see what’s in store during the coming months!
